An Urban Solstice Engagement

This week we're celebrating our first (that we know of) Urban Solstice engagement!

The Story
Last Thursday night a customer contacted us about an engagement ring for his soon-to-be finance and he wanted to propose within the next week. The catch is, all Urban Solstice products are made-as-ordered and, as a small business, we don't keep much inventory on hand. However by some miracle, we happened to already have a ring setting in her size finished and plenty of stones on hand to set.

Katelyn picked out the prettiest stone (one with plenty of sparkle and delicate carbon inclusions for unique character) and set it into a beautiful setting before rushing it to the post office for overnight shipping to the other side of the country, where it would hopefully be making two people very happy.

And guess what.... it did!

She said YES!

In honor of our first Urban Solstice engagement story, we would like to share with you some handmade ring boxes that would be the perfect pairing for our Diamond Collection rings and are sure make the moment even more special!

Mysterious, fabulous, natural piece of wood with a small space for a surprise inside. The box will safely hold your ring and will surely make strong impression. The box is made of walnut and finished with ecological oil and wax to reveal natural beauty of wood. Pillow for ring is lined with soft black fabric.

Ideal for presenting a ring, or presenting THE ring. Really give her something to keep her keepsake in. It’s an offer she can’t refuse! After the proposal it is a perfect box to keep on the bathroom sink to safely hold her jewels while bathing.

They say the best things come in small packages and this rustic painted wood ring box proves it! It has been hand painted in charming detail and features an antiqued look that is endearing to say the least. The words " love you" has been added on to the top which adds a subtle elegance that simply cannot be ignored.

A vintage brass and glass ring box that is reminiscent of another time. Paired with green moss it gives a whimsical and fairytale feel that will leave any girl feeling like a princess.
